Certification Body for products No. 3065

Certification Body deals mainly with the voluntary certification of the glass products. For this activity is the Certification Body accredited by the Czech Institute for Accreditation, o.p.s. The focus of the Certification Body ranges from bulletproof windshields to the decorated cups. Certification Body is member of the Association  of Certification Bodies for products (SCOV).

Certification types:
- certification of product type;
- certification of products from stable production.

Certification Body carries out the assessment of the characteristics of flat glass and of the materials relacing the glass (e.g. polycarbonate sheets, PMMA etd.) - e.g.:
- resistance of security glazing to manual attack;
- bullet resistance;
- pendulum impact resistance (human body impact);
- light and solar characteristics;
- resistance to ambient influences (high temperature, humidity, radiation, temperature changes);
- thermal transmittance, etc.
 
Further certifies also beverage and utility glass according to the number of Czech and International standards and acc. to the requirements of Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll. about hygienic requirements for products intended for contact with food.
